Common Service Centre

Common Service Centre (CSC) is an essential foundation of the Computerized India drive under the Service of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY). CSCs are the passageways for conveyance of different electronic administrations to towns in India, subsequently adding to a carefully and monetarily comprehensive society. They give a scope of administrations like government, monetary, schooling, medical services, rural, and service bill installments through a computerized stage.

These centers are operated by Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) who are equipped with necessary infrastructure, including computers, internet connectivity, and other digital devices, to deliver these services effectively. The CSC scheme aims to empower citizens in rural and remote areas by bringing digital services closer to them and promoting digital literacy and awareness.
